Construction is scheduled to take place in multiple phases.

Phase 1 - currently under construction

  • Retail. More than 80,000 sf of retail anchored by Safeway and CVS. Additional retail to include a bank, dry cleaner and other neighborhood oriented stores and restaurants.
  • Office. Over 500,000 sf of office space, in two new buildings fronting the re-opened 4th Street, SW - both 100% leased to the District of Columbia.

Phase 1 delivery scheduled for 1st Quarter 2010.
