The construction of 1100 & 1101 4th Street was completed in March 2010 and includes:

More than 80,000 sf of new neighborhood-oriented retail including Safeway, CVS, and new restaurants and eateries.

Over 500,000 sf of new office space at 1100 & 1101 4th Street fronting the re-opened 4th Street, SW - both 100% leased to the District of Columbia.

Phase 2: SkyHouse 1150 and 1151 4th Street (Complete)

Phase 3: 1001 4th Street

Phase 3 is the future development of 1001 4th Street which includes 365 units and 5,000 sf of retail. The project is scheduled to start construction in November 2014 with delivery in the third quarter of 2016. The project is owned by Forest City Washington.

Phase 4: M Street Office 375 and 425 M Street

Phase 4 is the future development of the two M Street parcels at Waterfront Station which includes 625,000 sf of office and ground floor retail.The project is owned by Forest City Washington, Vornado/Charles E. Smith, and Bresler & Reiner.
