375 and 425 M Street are the future development of the two M Street parcels at Waterfront Station which includes 625,000 sf of office and ground floor retail.The project is owned by Forest City Washington, Vornado/Charles E. Smith, and Bresler & Reiner.

They are the last remaining development parcels in Waterfront Station, a new, dynamic urban center in Southwest DC, combining vibrant neighborhood retail with Class A office and new residential units.
